Hanover Teacher Feature
By Becky Hatesohl
On October 28 the Hanover third and fourth graders will be attending the Washington County Farm Bureau Ag Day. We will be participating in a number of ag related educational activities. We will learn about riparian water buffers, watersheds, soil conservation, and some products grown within the county. The program is funded through Washington County Farm Bureau and other local businesses like our local Hanover Grain elevator. The program is made available to our school at no charge because of the generosity of these businesses. The students are looking forward to this experience and will use what they learn to further their science skills and knowledge in the classroom.
